A countryside wedding venue where your day can take you from saying ‘I do’ beneath oak beams or amongst the trees in Ferne Wood, to drinks in the courtyard, wedding breakfast beneath the chandeliers and dancing into the night.

Next up in our Meet Our Caterers series is the brilliant award-winning @lemonzestcuisine who we have been working with for over 11 years now - and who are celebrating their 25th year this year too! 🫶🏻

A family-run business, Lemon Zest are all about restaurant-quality food, beautifully presented and served with that lovely balance of relaxed, friendly and impeccably professional service.
Their seasonal menus make the most of fantastic produce, with plenty of choice when it comes to how you want to feed your guests - from a beautifully plated wedding breakfast to generous sharing dishes and relaxed evening food.

And here’s just a little taste of what they created for our recent food shoot…🤤

🌮 Tortilla shell with vegan feta, sundried tomato & salsa verde 🐷 Pork belly bonbons with roasted apple purée 🫓 A Middle Eastern sharing board piled with hummus, baba ghanoush, warm flatbread, feta-stuffed peppers, lamb kofte, halloumi & pepper skewers and Ras El Hanout chicken kebabs 🥩 Blade of beef with honey carrots, mustard mash & bourguignon sauce 🍏 Pork fillet with butternut squash purée, roasted apple, fondant potato & cider jus 🌿 Spiced roasted cauliflower with caramelised cauliflower purée and fennel & pomegranate salad 🍫 Baileys chocolate cheesecake with salted caramel & crushed honeycomb 🍋 A beautiful large lemon tart 🍓 Raspberry crème brûlée with lemon thyme shortbread
And when the evening munchies arrive? Mac & cheese. Yes please. 🙌🏻

Even better, Lemon Zest will be joining us at our Open Evening next Tuesday, serving up some of their food - so you’ll have the chance to meet the team, talk all things wedding menus and, most importantly, have a taste!

A little look back at Erin & Josh’s beautiful height-of-summer wedding ☀️🌸
From their ceremony in the Main Barn to a colourful wedding breakfast in The Byre, this was one of those days that just felt full of happiness from beginning to end.
The most incredible bright florals from Rachael at @wildrose.florist, Pimm’s in the sunshine, the beer barrow flowing, garden games, cowboy hats making an appearance 🤠 and a VERY good party to finish it all off.
Such a gorgeous day, surrounded by lovely friends and family. Huge congratulations again, Erin & Josh. What a day you had 🥂✨
