Our Venue Hire Prices Include
- Exclusive use of the venue and associated grounds
- The Main Barn, The Byre, Bar Area
- Landscape Courtyard with furniture, Reception Lawn, Formal Rose Garden, with the addition of the Lake and Woodlands for photos
- Wooden gazebo and outside bar in the Courtyard, and large umbrellas for additional shade on sunny days
- The Stables Lounge and Terrace from 7pm
- Sheepskin throws for use with indoor and outdoor furniture
- A long top table and round guest tables
- White, wooden “chiavari” chairs
- Glassware
- Free Parking – cars are welcome to be left overnight
- Stocked and staffed bar – cash, card and contactless payment welcome
- Easel and red carpet
- Pedestal cake stand and knife
- Outside festoon lights around courtyard and fairy lights around the beams in the bar area
- Use of Bluetooth Bose speaker and Microphone for music during the ceremony and drinks reception
- Wedding planning support from experienced wedding coordinator
- Full management on the day. We take care of everything including the set-up and break-down of all your decorations, signage and other items so you can enjoy your day hassle free.
- Loos, including Baby Changing and accessible facilities
- All cleaning, making sure the venue is sparkling before and after your wedding
- Underfloor heating throughout with wood burner in the Byre and Noble Isle products in bathrooms
- Helicopter landing pad
Additions & Extras
- Civil ceremonies carry an additional room hire charge of £300 for weekdays and £400 for weekends.
- The Woodlands are available for ceremonies – £800.
- The Hayloft, upstairs, and The Stables Lounge, downstairs, are perfect for getting ready, and are available from 8.30am – £225.
- Granary Cottage is available the night of your wedding – £380. (additional nights available on request)
- Fire pit with rustic benches and sign – £95
- Lawn games, giant Connect 4, giant Jenga, Cornhole – £75
- Vintage decorative ladder – £45
- Beer Barrow, Gin or Cocktail pop up stations and more!
