To celebrate we have a giveaway! Would you like the chance to win a romantic one-night stay for two in our cosy Granary Cottage at @strattoncourtbarn?

One lucky couple will spend a night in our charming, cosy retreat tucked away in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Blending rustic charm with modern comforts, it offers a peaceful escape with warm, inviting interiors and scenic views - who wouldn’t want to wake up to that view?

Perfect for romantic getaways, the cottage is where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. Enjoy walks around the grounds: Ferne Wood, the lake, the rose garden and then come back to the cosiness of the cottage. In summer have drinks on the terrace and of course if it’s cold, there’s a roaring woodburning stove 🔥

We’ll provide some wine, bubbly, Hawkstone and of course, chocolates!

“Where to begin...Myself & my partner don’t live locally to Bicester/Stratton Court Barn and had stumbled across the venue online, after we had visited numerous venues in our local area, which didn’t tick our box.

From the first initial contact, we knew Stratton Court Barn was the wedding venue for us. The staff were friendly, efficient, thorough and really took the time to get to know us before our big day, no question is silly and no request too big. Charlotte was our wedding coordinator and was truly incredible, we cannot say enough nice things about her and our day really wouldn’t have been as good as it was without her looking after us all.

The venue (both the buildings and the grounds) are truly breath-taking and clearly so well maintained. We wanted to make the most of the venue and both myself & my now husband got ready at the venue in the morning (in the stables and the granary cottage) and we would highly recommend this as the celebrations start early and with complete ease.

We absolutely loved that our dog could be part of our day too!

Our guests on our wedding day couldn’t say enough nice things about the whole day and we could go on to say more but we just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams, we just wish we could do it all again!”
