We are IN LOVE with this set from Charlotte and Dillon’s early September wedding shot by @alexandrawallaceweddings - and these are just the previews! 😍✨
There’s something truly special about early September weddings here at @strattoncourtbarn and Charlotte & Dillon’s day was the perfect example. The ceremony in The Byre was bathed in soft golden light, creating the most romantic setting. And for their wedding breakfast the chandeliers sparkled above long tables filled with laughter and celebration. As dusk fell, fairy lights twinkled across the barns and the evening came alive with music, dancing, and the warmest atmosphere. Congrats both - it was magical. ✨

It was an incredible day - and they got rainbow’d! 🌈 Thank you so much both for such an in depth and lovely review, it’s hugely appreciated. It was an awesome day!

“We were recently married on 27th August 2025. From the start of 1.5 years of planning, Charlotte has helped give us confidence in the details of our day, and worked tirelessly on the day to deliver our dream wedding. We would like to thank her for the effort and dedication. She is a real asset to Stratton Court. The grounds were beautiful and the venue itself very memorable. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and couldn’t fault a single detail. We cannot fault the pricing of the venue. When compared to others, we found the value exceptional and especially the freedom to choose our own suppliers. We did not want to be locked in to packages so this flexibility helped bring to life our harry potter wedding. The onsite cottage was also a must for us, comfortable and clean. Taxi’s too and from were also no issue, the local area has great local firms, uber however was hit and miss. We would recommend using local firms only for guests.
We appreciate the personal phone calls and clarification of details throughout; and we would highly recommend others choosing Stratton Court for their day.”

With our next Showcase coming up on Sunday 26th October here at @strattoncourtbarn, we thought we’d ask Charlotte, one of our wedding coordinators, to break down the difference between a Showcase, an Open Evening and a Showround.

🌿 Showcase – This is our biggest and most exciting event! Think of it as a full wedding moodboard come to life. All our spaces are beautifully styled as if it was a wedding and a handpicked group of our trusted suppliers are here in person. From florists to photographers, you’ll get a real taste of how magical your wedding could look and feel. Perfect if you want inspiration, ideas, and the chance to meet the team who could be part of your big day.

🌙 Open Evening – A more relaxed version of a Showcase, but with our spaces as a blank canvas, with our team on hand for questions. It’s a great chance to bring family or friends for a second look, or to simply soak up the atmosphere without the formality of a private tour.

👣 Show Round – This is a private, one-to-one visit with one of our team. We’ll walk you through all our spaces while chatting through your vision, your guest numbers, and your dream day. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask all your questions and really imagine how the spaces could work for you and your guests.

No matter which you choose, each visit is designed to help you picture your wedding day here at Stratton Court Barn – and we can’t wait to welcome you. 🌟
